Gavin Friedman
Gavin graduated from The University of Melbourne with a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Property and Construction and has over 17 years of property and construction industry experience working with some of Australia’s largest developers and top tier contractors.
He commenced his career in 2001 working for Brookfield Multiplex on large complex projects in the residential and commercial sectors. Later he joined Walton Construction where he delivered numerous technical and challenging projects and was recognised by the receipt of three Master Builder Association of Victoria Excellence awards - two for Excellence in Construction and one for Excellence in Safety.
Following his time as a commercial builder, Gavin joined Codicote–a client side project management firm - where he became General Manager.
Gavin’s philosophy is, 'success is measured by client satisfaction' and this has made him a most valued and trusted advisor for all his clients.
Daniel Kahn
Daniel graduated with First Class Honours from RMIT University with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Construction Management and has over 15 years of property and construction industry experience working with some of Australia’s largest developers and top tier contractors.
He commenced his career in 2003 working for Walton Construction on large scale projects including the $112 Million David Jones Redevelopment in Bourke Street Melbourne. He later joined Kane Constructions delivering high end residential apartments before joining Codicote in early 2015.
Daniel’s strength lies in his ability to influence and engage with people at all levels using his personable style. This, along with his hands on experience gives him the practical knowledge and understanding of current work practices to add value through smart design, efficiency, buildability and safety.
