Established in 2016, Reddan Property Group is a boutique development advisory firm delivering full life cycle property development services or part thereof, including construction advisory, design management, transaction services and being the alternative to an ECI.

Jointly owned by two experienced property and construction professionals, Gavin Friedman and Daniel Kahn. The company’s point of difference comes from the unique combination of:

• the direct construction industry delivery experience of the director and team involved enabling them to capture the benefits of enhanced development and town planning strategy, design management and construction planning

• the directors’ and teams’ local and international networks

The team at Reddan were all previously tier 1 and 2 commercial builders for a minimum of 8 years prior to becoming consultants. This experience enabled them to perform the role of the builder (ECI) in the pre-construction phases of development advisory assignments thereby delivering improved client outcomes including increased property value, greater quality, minimised disruption, lower costs, and shorter project durations.
